Take off your shoes!, Before you bite into one of these Ribs... So you can wiggle your toes while you're eating it. Good food.This restaurant has a homey feel to it. Although I've only ordered to go,it feels nostalgic,relaxed on the dining side.The side items for takeout orders is put in a small cup. I used pics to show you as best as I could. I sometimes order and extra side. The meat portions are more than enough to me.Don't forget to add one or two of those pickled peppers at the counter,they are crunchy,not spicy but good. I've eaten here a few times while in El Dorado. Its a small place but they have been around a long time because the staff is very customer service oriented and they're food is delicious. Its a little past downtown but still a great location and has a great reputation for having quality food. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a true southern bar-b-que experience. You will not be disappointed!

Down home relaxed atmosphere. Staff are very friendly. Food is always great. Small dining area and parking is very limited

Oh, so, so good. Tiny little off the beaten path place. You smell it as soon as you drive up. I called in an order after I checked out their menu on their web page. So polite on the phone, and everything was just as I ordered it. They packed my large order for me to carry easily and packed everything my coworkers and I would need. I tried both BBQ sauces on my chicken, and both were awesome. My coworkers stuffed potato was enough for two meals. As the lady said, I had everything I needed except a fresh piece of cake that she had just put out. I took her advice and had one of the best meals. Sorry, no photos, I made it disappear too fast.

Hands down my favourite ever smokehouse. Felt very welcome, really pleasant folks and great food. If you're in the area, make sure you stop by, you won't regret it...

We had the 3 piece rib plate plus drinks and fried apple and blackberry pie. It was delicious

We always enjoy stopping here to order food when we come into town and grabbing fish and homemade bbq chips. It's always fresh , pleasant customer service and friendly smiles. We've never had an extensive wait time for any of our call in orders. Definitely will return again this summer.

My first time there and I was stoked before I devoured those exceptional ribs dipped in that awesome sauce. I don't live close at all but I'm gassing up my truck to make a return trip today, specifically for those potato chips. I may go in for the steak as well.
